Viral Greek Yogurt “Cheesecake”

So I fell for it, the viral Greek yogurt cheesecake dessert hack.

My version is a blend of that and tiramisu.

I filled the bottom of your glass container with a layer of Greek yogurt (I used vanilla low-fat)

I put a layer of smooth cottage cheese, which I had run through the food processor, about a cup.

Another layer of yogurt, topped with a bit of coffee and the yogurt creamer for flavor.

I added the biscotti and topped it with cinnamon.

Put the lid on and refrigerate!

Serve with whipped cream for fun!

This was SO good, it really did taste like cheesecake and lots of protein.

I wanted to get a photo of it in a serving, but it was gone!
