Welcome, friends — old and new!

After a long hiatus, I decided to revive Love of Home. So much has changed in the last few years, and it felt like the right time to come back — to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones. My hope is that you’ll find something here that feels helpful, hopeful, and maybe even sparks a little creativity.

For those who are new, here’s a bit about me.
I’ve been writing, designing, and creating for as long as I can remember. Over the years, my work has been published in magazines and featured online, and I’ve had the joy of collaborating with dozens of brands as a content creator. My original blog, Love of Home (.net), reached over 1.5 million views before it retired — but the heart behind it never left. You can visit my [Work With Me] page to see a peek at my portfolio and past collaborations.

I’ve also appeared on local TV and contributed to Houzz.com as a freelance writer. In recent years, I’ve worked in business development — helping other entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life through brand strategy, copywriting, email newsletters, and design.

At my core, I believe home should reflect you — your story, your seasons, and the simple things that make you feel grounded. Whether it’s through decor, food, or the way you spend your days, creating a home that feels like you is one of the most powerful ways to nurture peace and joy.

I live in Buffalo, New York, where I’m mom to three amazing kids and one very sweet pup. I love cooking, creating, and being outside in the garden whenever it’s not snowing (which, in Buffalo, is saying something).

Whether you’re here for inspiration, creative ideas, or a gentle reminder that small things matter — I’m so glad you’re here.
