Guilt-free Sweet treat- protein cookie dough

You’re gonna love this sweet and satisfying treat. It uses ingredients you can feel good about having. Perfect snack and packed with protein! The recipe is below. Side note. I scooped these into balls and froze them, but they were still quite soft once I put them in the fridge. They are fine if you want to keep them in the freezer. I think you could add more flour so they would hold their shape better. I will try that next time and let you know how they turned out.

1 cup cottage cheese - whip until smooth in a food processor

1 cup Greek yogurt- I used whole milk plain

3 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 cup almond flour

1sp vanilla paste/extract - I used Trader Joe’s Vanilla Bourbon

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 bag of mini semi-sweet chips

Put in jars and refrigerate.
